Week One Picks
Cardinals @ Cowboys
Cardinals didn't really go out and get a whole lot stronger. Dallas didn't make too big of a splash either. Give me the Cowboys.
Saints @ Vikings
Saints went out and improved their roster even more after a opening weekend loss in the Wildcard round last season. Give me the Saints.
Bills @ Broncos
Broncos move on past the Kyle Orton era. Despite that, I still like Denver this weekend.
Raiders @ Jaguars
Jaguars went out and hope to have hit on some picks in the draft. I'll bet they start the season with a win, with new talent, and a new franchise quarterback in Matt Ryan.
Falcons @ Colts
Falcons were another team that went out and made a big splash this off-season. Give me the Dirty Birds on the road.
Bucs @ Titans
Did any team in the league improve themselves this off-season more than Tennessee did? We won't be using the "Well, they play in the AFC South" excuse this season...... Titans
Bears @ Rams
Bears looking to get that bad taste out of their mouths after last season's loss in the NFC Championship game to Philly. Give me the Bears here.
Chiefs @ Jets
Chiefs went out and made some moves to shake things up. They appear to have gotten better, but I'm liking the Jets this week. If Kansas City can contain Stewart though, it might be different.
Eagles @ Redskins
Redskins didn't make a huge splash this off-season at all. Give me the birds on the road.
Panthers @ Lions
Panthers continue to build around that young core on offense. Should be a fun matchup. I'll take Carolina on the road.
Texans @ Steelers
Steelers look to have a better season this year after falling to third in the AFC North divisional standings last year.
Giants @ Patriots
Patriots had a nice run in the playoffs last year. Giants lost Manningham, give me the Pats at home.
Bengals @ Ravens
A matchup of two of the powerhouses of the AFC North. Should be an interesting game. I still like the defending Superbowl champs though at home.
