1 ) You become a manager of a team and act as the owner/GM. When taking on a team, you MUST create a new owner/coach. If you select an existing owner/coach, you will be removed from the league until you do it right. Making trades, signing free agents, and drafting new talent. All trades are to be posted on site/groupme. DO NOT trade with cpu.

2 ) All the games are to be NFL Simulation. This adds to the reality factor that your team wouldn't risk injury during certain win situations. No use of game glitches are permitted, or AI exploits, as they don't do this in real life. Games are to be played three times a week, that way there is a steady flow. Advancement of Weeks, are every Monday 10pm Pacific Time, Wednesday 10pm Pacific Time, and Saturday 10am pacific time. If you miss one game, You will receive a warning. If you miss 2 games in a row, You will be booted from the League without Question. We do not read minds so if you can not play, Please inform us.. We are just a PM away.

3 ) It is mandatory people to use the scheduling forum or groupme. Everyone will schedule their game on the subforums from now on. You will NOT receive a sub/auto request if you don't have a Scheduling post. It should take at the most a day to make a small post on the thread. We all have lives and important matters but it only takes 30 seconds or less to type up your schedule. In order to get an auto request, you need to show proof of contacting opponent via PM,PSN, text, etc.

4 ) Have good sportsmanship and respect toward your opponent. If game is out of reach and you've sealed the victory, run the football and milk the clock as much as possible so that the game can end and receive your win. If your opponent has no time outs, and you can kneel it out, do so. This also includes onside kicks. Onside kicks, are meant to be used in "no choice" situations. Again, it is all respectful game play.

5 ) Don't run the same play or play type every play. Learn your playbook and have a balanced attack offensively and defensively. Do not run the same plays/formations over and over. Don't run out of bounds on kickoffs so that you're not blocked then make the tackle. That's a penalty in the NFL therefore is not allowed. No nano blitzing or any other foul play that gives you an advantage to win a game. Do not circle your players while on defense. This is "cheese" style speed boost. Do not stack your Defense. What is stacking? When you line a player directly behind a D-Linemen so that the CPU AI doesn't recognize the player behind the D-Linemen. Do not run up the score or stat pad. Is it so hard to win a game the honorable way?

6 ) If the game disconnects, there's not much that can be done about this issue. If game is in the second half and there's a clear winner go ahead and count game if it gives you the option. If it's still early in the game go ahead and restart it and play from beginning. Of course it can be unfair but it is a problem that is out of our control. We have to manage it as best as possible.

7 ) Going for it on 4th down. 1st through 3rd Quarters, you are only permitted to go for it if you are down by 3 scores. 4th Quarter, if you are losing by 2 scores or more, it is permitted to go for it. If you are losing by 8 or less, you may not go for it, unless it is in the final 4 minutes. At the same token, the opponent may choose to go for it in the final 2 minutes to keep the ball away from the opposition. Use common sense, which some Owners lack. If up big, punt it. In a close game, go for it, with in reason.

8 ) When you are playing auto, you MUST stream your game. If you do not stream your game, You will be suspended 2 games instantly and you will no longer be permitted to play auto again, and will take sims instead. This ensures no wrong doing.

9 ) Be sure to remain active on the website/groupme. This is not optional as no Owner likes to have to hunt down their opponent. Check in every other day, and everything will be fine. We replace Owners that are not on the website/groupme. This again goes with rule 3 so if you can't be a committed owner and take a few seconds out of your day to visit the chat or even the site in general.. Then this is not the league for you.

10) No Huddle. This is strictly enforced. No Huddle is permitted at any time during the game, as long as these following rules are followed. You call a a no huddle....and then you allow the team to huddle again. Running consecutive no huddle's for an entire drive is seen as "cheese play" and is punishable during the game. However, you are permitted to run constant no huddle, in the final 2 minutes of a game if you are losing and have 1 or less time outs. Please, use common sense and no exploit this.

11 ) We WILL NOT be dealing with childish people. If you can't handle something without resorting to it by acting childish or immature, There will consequences that could result in a boot from the league. We should have all learned from the problems we had in M12, so lets not repeat them. You know who you are...

12) Home teams are required to stream the game. If home team is unable to stream, away team must stream.  Streaming link must be provided to the chatroom when playing against user/computer.

13) All trades have be posted in the trade forums/groupme announcements chat. Trades with CPU teams are not allowed

14) If neither team has anything posted on scheduling thread, so no attempts were made to schedule the game, then the game will be simmed. So don't text an admin at 9 pm PST the night of the advance to put your opponent on auto. We won't do it, because in our eyes, insufficient effort was made to schedule the game. Unless we get confirmation that your opponent agrees to be put on auto.
If your opponent blows you off on a scheduled game, or is 15 minutes late and you haven't heard from them, it's your choice of you want them to be autoed. BUT, the day and time have to be in the schedule thread of when both parties agreed. You can also wait to see if you hear from them, and the advance isn't that night, and you can play the next night, this is mainly for people who work nights, and can't play the next night.

The following plays are not allowed in our league:

One dimensional playcalling.

Mix up your pass/run ratio. We understand that ratio varies based on an owner's style on offense, but maintain a 70/30 , 50/50 or better ratio, vice versa. Unless of course, you are down by multiple scores early in the game and have to pass to catch up.

Excessive repetition of the same routes or play.
We understand that it is necessary to run the same play a few times over the course of a game, but do your best mix up your play-calling. Don't abuse the same route over and over again, and running plays should be a mix of inside and outside runs. Bouncing your RB straight to the outside on every play will not be tolerated.

The following plays are not allowed in our league:
Nano-blitzing. Nano-blitzing is when you individually audible a linebacker from coverage, into a blitz, and then manually moving him into a gap. You are allowed to audible a defender into a blitz.
You can move an individual linebacker, corner, or safety in the following fashion: side to side from their original positioning or backward, you may not move them towards the line to create a nano blitz
Erratic movement of a user-controlled safety pre- and post-snap.
Move your player in a fluid and sim fashion, not running around aimlessly.
Excessive shifting of the defensive line and linebackers.
You should not be shifting your defensive line left and right constantly. Make an adjustment or two if necessary, then stop shifting. Same goes for the linebackers.
Blitzing on every play.

Special Teams:
Presnap movement of any player in kick/punt situations

Do not run up the score or pad stats the game is well over. Just run the clock out. If there is no hope of coming back from a huge deficit and your opponent is running the clock in the final few minutes, don't call TOs to delay the inevitable.
if you are up by 24 in the 4th, you can no longer pass for a TD, obviously, if your opponent scores a TD, and you're only up by 17 again, you can score however. (play to run the clock not run up the score)

CPU Games
While we always aim to field a 32-user league at all times, playing against CPU games are sometimes inevitable either due to a team vacancy, or your opponent being on auto-pilot. In any case, we expect all our members to follow the standard sim rules vs CPU, and the outcome of their game be as realistic as possible.
Do not restart vs CPU teams. UNLESS approved by admins.
Do not use super-sim vs CPU teams.
Play sim vs CPU teams. Do not abuse money routes. Mix up your play calling.
Any time you are up by 28 points vs CPU, you must:
-Bench your starting QB and HB.
You are not allowed to win a cpu game by more than 28 points.
DO not intentionally let the CPU team score and get back into the game so you can continue to score on offense. This type of behavior can easily be identified by simply looking at the game stats. We all have played against CPU enough to know how they behave at any point during the game based on the score

400 yards passing by your QB
200 yards rushing or receiving by any 1 player
5 total combined TDs passing/rushing by your QB
3 total TDs by any receiver/TE/HB
4 sacks by any player
No we aren’t asking you to throw a game against CPU to not break stat caps that would be stupid but, if you play sim and mix up your play calling you won’t run into that situation anyways. Also, once again we will be able to tell if you were allowing the CPU to score so you can keep scoring.
